We are pleased to announce that we have acquired Eltex, a company specialising in the installation of solar panels, to strengthen our commitment to solar energy and take a leap towards smart energy solutions. With this union, we consolidate our position as the leading cleantech in energy solutions in Spain.
Eltex has a solid track record in the sector and has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Mallorca, as well as a great team of professionals. The integration of the teams of both companies will further strengthen our operational capacity, improving our ability to offer a fast, close and quality service throughout Spain.
Our goal has always been to make solar energy accessible, simple and flexible, and this acquisition is a key step towards fulfilling that mission. We want to elevate the customer experience and offer a broader, smarter range of energy solutions.

Coinciding with the acquisition of Eltex, we have refreshed our brand image to align with our new value proposition. We introduced a new logo and a redesigned website that reflect our innovative approach and commitment to user experience.
Our new logo, with its dynamic, cutting-edge design in yellow and black, symbolises SolarMente’s transition from a purely solar company to a comprehensive provider of clean technology. This change reflects our evolution and our goal to help our customers not only to produce clean energy, but also to store it and optimise its use in a smart way.
