Photovoltaic energy is emerging as a solid alternative to large electricity companies. Installing solar panels offers clear benefits, including savings of up to 70% on electricity bills, driving many families towards solar self-consumption in our country. In addition, it provides energy independence, increases property value, contributes to combating climate change and offers access to various aids and subsidies.
Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic process. Solar cells absorb sunlight to generate electricity, then an inverter converts this current into usable form in the home.
Solar panel care is simple and minimal, and we can usually take care of it ourselves. They are built to withstand weather conditions and usually only need occasional cleaning and checks to ensure they are working properly and prevent damage.
Solar panels typically require little maintenance thanks to their glass covering, which tends to keep itself clean. Sometimes, if dirt such as leaves or debris accumulates, a gentle wash with water from a hose or using a sponge or soft brush is enough. Regular monitoring is key to identifying buildup that may affect their efficiency. In general, the protective coating on the panels allows rain and sun to keep them clean, minimizing the need for frequent cleaning.
The most important advantages of solar leasing are: Enjoy solar energy in your home without making an initial investment. Save on your electricity bill by generating your own solar energy. Contribute to a greener and more ecological planet thanks to renewable energy. Maintenance and repairs included throughout the 20 years that the solar subscription lasts.
In spring, there is an increase in the number of hours of sunshine each day, so our solar panels can take better advantage of it. In addition, carrying out the installation in spring ensures that it is fully operational in summer and autumn.
Don’t worry too much about this, as we are not in charge of recommending what type of installation you need. However, if you want an estimate, think about these 3 things: your electricity consumption, the money you are willing to invest, and the size of your roof (or installation area). Also, you should consider whether you want solar energy to meet all of your electricity needs or just part of them.

Services

All-inclusive. You won’t have any extra costs for system maintenance or repair.
Yes, it is possible to offset the bill for a second supply, such as a second home, with the surplus from your photovoltaic installation.
Having a virtual battery with which you can not only accumulate this surplus, but you will also have the opportunity to share your energy surpluses with your second home or with a second business supply.
We offer a 24-month warranty from the moment of delivery of the photovoltaic solar system, in addition to the production and performance guarantees offered by each manufacturer. And if you need official certificates at any time, just ask us.
It is completely normal for a system to lose its internet/wifi connection from time to time, and you don’t have to worry, as the inverters themselves are set up to reconnect automatically (even if it takes a few minutes). Likewise, if they fail to do so, you can always easily reestablish the connection manually (for which we would also provide a manual). In addition, your system can continue to operate and generate energy perfectly without an internet connection.
Of course! You just need to contact your insurance company and indicate that you have a photovoltaic installation. Each company may ask for some documents or others, but we will do everything in our power to help you obtain them.
It is best to place the inverter in a location on the property where the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable (if not, don’t worry, it can be fixed!).

Rates

These are the different subsidies and bonuses that you can benefit from: Bonus on the Tax on Constructions, Installations and Works (ICIO). Bonus on the Tax on Real Estate (IBI). Deductions from income tax (IRPF). Regional or local subsidies. Aid for self-consumption: Next Generation Funds.
Your system’s output may fluctuate depending on the time of year, but it will still work perfectly! Why is that? you may ask. Simple, in the fall and winter months output may decrease, as the days become shorter and the sun’s position is lower. However, as we move into the spring and summer months, you will see output increase, as the days become longer and the sun’s position is higher. Keep in mind that other factors such as weather and shadows also play a role.
Peak power is the kW obtained when we multiply the individual voltage of your solar panels by the number you have installed. That is, if you have a system with 9 panels of 450 W, the peak power of your photovoltaic installation will be 4,050 W (4.05 kW). Depending on your energy needs and the capacity of your roof, we will install the most appropriate number of panels; and, depending on the total peak power, it will be appropriate to install an inverter of greater or lesser capacity.
It is important to note that it is difficult for an inverter to generate at 100% of its capacity, due to various factors such as shadows or the orientation of the roof, among others. This could happen if you have THE ideal installation, which should have a perfect orientation of the roof, without shadows at any time of the day; on a day with perfect conditions (not too hot and without clouds) and in summer.
The IBI bonus always starts to apply in the fiscal year of the year following the installation of your panels; for example, if we install your system in 2023, the reduction will start to apply from the 2024 IBI receipt. The bonus, as well as its duration, will be greater or lesser depending on the municipality.
